Based in Las Vegas, David H. Segal, MD, serves as an attorney at Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys. With a background in the medical field, David H. Segal, MD, represents plaintiffs in personal injury cases. He holds a juris doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law.

For two decades, Dr. Segal worked as a neurosurgeon, serving other practices and eventually operating his own solo practice, Eastern Iowa Brain and Spine Surgery. During his medical career, he earned multiple awards and distinctions, including making the 2016 Trademark Who’s Who Top Doctors Edition and receiving the title of 2011 Contributor of the Year from the Brain Injury Association of Iowa. He also attained the Sandoz Award for Clinical Excellence while earning his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Dr. Segal is an avid traveler. He regularly travels with his family, and this includes taking individual trips with his children. Recently, he and his family completed a mission trip to Tanzania.
